COMPUTER SCIENTIST

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Working with software engineering practices and utilizing these skills in applying efficient methods, approaches, or procedures for use in the development of Java Web Services and Java based Web portals; Providing expert level developing Web services using Java, Python, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and JavaScript; Using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles and Web Service bindings, operations and locations of services using Web Services Description Language (WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST); Interpreting Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S) policies and applying them in the development of new applications; Working extensively with relational database management systems (RDMBS) including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
