Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience completing pre-employment screenings and onboarding for prospective employees selected for new positions/or promotions. Experience completing pre-employment screenings, physical examinations, drug testing, and pre-appointment security checks. Experience facilitating the recruitment process from Tentative job offer to Final Job Offer including the check-in process for new Federal employees. Experience updating reports, tracking metrics, and identifying potential issues related to the recruitments screening process. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
