INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience pertaining to supervision, personnel management, resource management, performance management, professional development and procurement. Experience in IT planning concepts, and methods. Experience in IT disciplines (systems documentation, requirements management, quality assurance, design, development, configuration management, cost analysis, data management, software integration, and testing. Experience and well developed leadership, decision-making, analytical, and evaluative skills. Experience working with complex IT software administration, management and operational planning. Experience in the management and/or implementing information Assurance (IA) requirements. Experience in contracts and/or program requirements, related costs, budget, procurement requirements of IT architecture.
