SUPV PHYSICAL SCIENTIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Possessing an educational background in the physical sciences and applying expert knowledge of the theories, concepts, principles, and practices of meteorology, oceanography and hydrography in operational and military applications; Experience and professional knowledge and mastery of the theories, principles, methods, and techniques of military meteorology, oceanography, hydrography, data communications, models and data base. Experience with operational air-ocean support products, standards, services, operational oceanographic survey and MC&G/GI&S efforts, naval Oceanography/Fleet liaison, and communications support of command operations. Experience and broad understanding and experience in METOC and Navy weapon and sensor systems requirements, data acquisition and analyses, and METOC enterprise production capabilities as well as its services and products. Experience working within or managing DOD Foreign Disclosure policies to ensure proper classification of data. Experience working with DoD/USN international and interagency agreements and policy for theater security cooperation and assistance and/or Fleet international engagement strategies and activities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
