INTERDISCIPLINARY
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying knowledge from the fields of mathematics, physics, and computer science along with oceanography, hydrography, and/or bathymetry to solve problems; preparing material based on technical and scientific abilities; assisting in the development, maintenance, and improvement of acoustic and geophysical databases; planning, organizing, and directing work of other subordinates, oceanographers, and technicians; performing assigned tasks on in-house data processing of navigation and bathymetric, hydrographic, and/or oceanographic information using the latest ADP.
