SECRETARY (OA)
Candidate at the GS-6 level must have had at least 1 Year (52 weeks) of Specialized Experience at the next lower grade level (GS-5) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Preparing and composing various types of correspondence such letters, reports, and policies to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies. - Applying general office administrative and clerical procedures to provide assistance and guidance to staff. - Utilizing various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and Powerpoint to create complex formats. - Developing methods for automating administrative reports to ensure compliance with all protocols and procedures.
